I do not understand why they use the same cover as the album - but then again, it's just a cover I don't really care.

As long as the song is good I'm fine!!! :)

why does it have "Xscape" at the top?

Odd, I switch over to Russia's iTunes Store and it's still 'Track 1' for me.

I'm sure it somehow can track your origin and location and will still not open the track for you. Maybe this is done by iTunes by mistake, I don't understand why they allow it for download a day before the rest of the world.

PS: the track is BRILLIANT! And very very surprising :)

I don't think iTunes really cares what country you're in... in a way. I've bought American iTunes Cards while on holiday there, came home, set up an American iTunes account using some random US address and was able to download off their store a-ok.

I was also able to switch over to Germany's iTunes Store when Bad 25 came out there and preview the tracks through their store, despite being half way across the world. It might just be something technical, who knows :)

Hopefully it unlocks in my country VERY soon :D

Maybe you don't see it untill you have pre-ordered the album through Russian iTunes store. I don't know the mechanics how they rule the buyers, but I'm pretty sure this is a technical issue - why the track became available a day before the rest of the world.

Let's see if the whole XSCAPE album becomes available in iTunes Russia before the earliest release day May 9th ))

I'm curious, why did you say "very very surprisisng"? Is it because you were one of the skeptical about the song?
 
Weird. It has been released in Russia - yet it is still not on Youtube.

To those who have heard LNFSG - is it good? Is it better than expected?

I don't believe that at all. I suspect that the screen-capture has been altered, too (probably via a Web Inspector).
 
Can those who have pre-ordered in other countries confirm it is not available there? I haven't pre-ordered in UK so can't check...
 
What's going on then? Only one person is able to see it on Russian iTunes?
 
It is fake Everybody...The dude is lying (until proven otherwise)..IF he speaks the truth Where is the playback time ??
 
I pre-ordered in Norway and nothing has changed.

I'm inclined to believe the Russia thing is not true and that screenshot is a fake. Wouldn't the single be a separate purchase from the album? And since when does iTunes unlock songs on pre-ordered albums based on single releases? Especially when the rest of the tracklist hasn't even been revealed yet. It doesn't make sense.
