Heard there was a live album released in 1981 by the Jacksons but is it available on Cd?

Also I dont have the 1984 album Victory but is there any songs there with vocals by Michael only?

I have the live album, if you can find out if its currently not being officially sold in stores / online id happily post links to HQ FLAC or Mp3 in the 2000 watts Audio section for you tomorrow! :)

Yes there is an official live album from a concert on The Jacksons 1981 Triumph Tour, and it is excellent!

Setlist:

  1. "Opening/Can You Feel It" (M. Jackson/J. Jackson) – 6:04
  2. "Things I Do for You" (T. Jackson/J. Jackson/M. Jackson/M. Jackson/R. Jackson) – 3:38
  3. "Off the Wall" (R. Temperton) – 4:00
  4. "Ben" (W. Scharf/D. Black) – 3:52
  5. "This Place Hotel" (M. Jackson) – 4:40
  6. "She's Out of My Life" (T. Bahler) – 4:48
  7. "Movie and Rap, Including Excerpts of: I Want You Back/Never Can Say Goodbye/Got to Be There" (The Corporation/C. Davis/E. Willensky) – 3:04
  8. "Medley: I Want You Back/ABC/The Love You Save" (The Corporation) – 2:55
  9. "I'll Be There" (H. Davis, B. Gordy, Jr., B. West, W. Hutch) – 3:12
  10. "Rock with You" (R. Temperton) – 3:59
  11. "Lovely One" (M. Jackson/R. Jackson) – 6:28
  12. "Workin' Day and Night" (M. Jackson) – 6:53
  13. "Don't Stop 'til You Get Enough" (M. Jackson) – 4:22
  14. "Shake Your Body (Down to the Ground)" (R. Jackson/M. Jackson) – 8:34

On the Victory album, Michael sings on State of Shock (with Mick Jagger), Torture (with Jermaine) and sings the whole of Be Not Always.

The Jacksons Live CD is readily available....I bought it I think about a year ago in just a regular CD store (and that's saying something for Australia!). You should be able to get it on Amazon.

Why do you only want Michael's vocals for the Victory Tour? Didn't realise he was apparently the only brother who performed LOL.

The Live album is definitely an album I'd highly recommend. Very good setlist, pristine vocals by Michael and a great band (love the horns!).
