I came over some old videos on youtube just now. Popular dance music from the 90's. When all this cheesy dance floor techno music hit it was all over. It all started when I was around 11-12 years old. Goddamnit, that's a loooong time ago!!

Do any of you guys remember some of them?

A quick walk down memory lane. It's almost unbelievable how many dance songs that were released in the early, mid 90's. "Luckily" it vanished as quickly as it came, but it was a fun time, don't ya think? =)

Ow I loved those kind of dance records :) I remember listening to so many of those songs, I still have cassettapes filled with them :p (My uncle used to put cd's on tapes like that for me)

I wanted to be T-Boz. I loved the blonde with the dark roots and her deep voice. They are all sexy girls. I wanted to be them - strong sexy and cool (crazy, sexy, cool).

I too had a 'pleasure' to see both acts in their prime and dominating European charts. it was everywhere, lol. while 2 Unlimited was fun, Ace of Base was the group i disliked the most of all 90's pop groups, i couldn't understand how all kids in my school enjoyed listening to such garbage all the time while totally ignoring MJ. When it comes to quality it wasn't really any better than what we have today with Rihanna and similar pop stars. American pop/R&B charts were much more interesting at the time.
