SIGN THE PETITION!

Seriously when I download a film and watch it, if its good I usually go and buy it...

Take Crank for example, if I never downloaded it I'd probably never had come across it..

I actually ended up buying the film and its sequel on dvd!

Same with music, I listened to a few of Marvin Gayes tracks and became a fan, ended up buying two of his albums soon after!

bottom line PIRACY IS GOOD

the INDUSTRIES MAKING THE LAWS IS BAD!

SO SIGN THE PETITION AND GET RID OF THIS SHIT!

What a bunch of lame responses, many new Michael fans have come about thanks to copyrighted material on youtube alone, the fact there was so much out there for fans to access and download created new ones who ended up buying his records and concert tickets....

And now you wanna roll eyes and bleeding face palm? You won't do that once anything worth watching on youtube gets taken down..... infact your the same people who'l start bitching about it sooner or later that the governments are taking your privacys away.

Yeah that may be, but its because of piracy that amazing albums like Invincible sell a lot less then they should do...

You'd be surprised how many people know about Invincible.

Downloading for me was good. I ended up buying the entire lifetime releases from Jimi Hendrix (not the posthumous stuff) and Guns N Roses and if I remember Michael Jackson was also in that list as was Aerosmith. I downloaded one album of theirs each and ended up buying the lot.
