Does anyone know/think if it would be possible to use Kickstarter as a means to fund an estate-participating project?
I know that's not really how Kickstarter works necessarily, but maybe if set up by someone just right, it could show fans are willing to pay/support certain project(s).
Of course, I'm simply referring to releasing film-reel material OR more Bad Tour (or even Victory tour) jumbo-tron footage based shows.
Obviously, this would need to be officiated by someone from the estate (or have their blessing, as Kickstarter is based on the project maker promising certain things via tier pricing).
I dunno. Just an idea (as petitions are kinda useless).
Hell, this could even be a cool way to test the waters for something like a collectors label/digital download releases.:question:
