Anyway, they are the band behind the songs like "Ruby", "I Predict a Riot", "Every Day I Love You Less and Less" and "Oh My God"

Excellent first album. Not so bad second album. Terrible 3rd album. What happened there? Apart from the brilliant 'You Want History'.

But Employment is an amazing debut. And they're a great live band.
