Teen pop star Justin Bieber is to publish his first volume of memoirs.
The multi-platinum-selling Canadian star, who is just 16, has been signed up by publishers Harper Collins.
He says the book will be a thank you to his fans. "I'm excited to share just a little bit more of my world with them," he said in a statemtent.
"Every day I wake up and count my blessings. My fans have played such a large part in all of this and they help me live my dreams every day."
We're not sure exactly how much he's going to have to write, however, as it is being pegged as an 'illustrated memoir'.
Handily, Justin Bieber: First Step 2 Forever - My Story will be published in October just in time for those Christmas stockings.
Five Million Sales
The book is expected to garner massive sales, meaning yet more cash for the Canadian, who already has record sales of more than 5 million.
To be fair, though, Bieber probably does have a fair few tales to tell.

This reminds me of when 16 year old Miley Cyrus wrote her autobiography. Personally, that's something I'd wait to write when I'm in my 30's+.

Did that much really happen in your life already at 16? So you're on a TV show or sold a few albums. There's so much more you can accomplish in your life after that.

a book at that age LOL what a joke. whats gonna be the highlight. his favourite school dinner.
 
Nothing against the kid, he's just not my cup o' tea. To each his own and all that. But as far as him, or any other 16-year-old, writing their "memoir. Um, puhlease. I have socks that are older than he is. He needs to save his memoir for later in life. At least until he's old enough to shave or something. ;) Sheesh.

Oh Jeez...he's like 15 what kind of memoirs can he possibly have....he hasn't even started living yet...he is still a baby practically.. Crazy kid..
