Joe Jackson today signed a marketing agreement with Manuela Koschker and Don Stardy of UD Group International for the Global Production of Joe Jackson:

Champagne, Ice Cream, Jellys, Lollys, Cosmetique, Jewelry and Fashion (Children and Adult Clothing)

Mr. Jackson was very impressed with the extremely high quality and attention to detail that the UD Group employed in producing unique and elegant designs of the various products.

UD Group International confirmed production was already underway and would be hitting stores near you later this same year.

Best regards
Manuela Koschker & Don Stardy

"Joe Jackson signs a MARKETING agreement." Who the heck would be interested in buying any of that stuff from Joe Jackson.

Do these folks plan on showcasing Joe Jackson in a commercial to bolster the sale of their products? LOL!

I mean, really, the man is what, 80-something years of age. If he couldn't sell JOE COLA back in the day, what makes them think he can sell anything today. Or am I missing something.

And no offense to the woman who is showcased in the web page above, but she and the products in front of her, look like something you would see in a commerical at 3:00 in the morning, while channel surfing.

Well, I just clicked on the link, and this UD Group is claiming to have aquired the rights to the MJ logo, from Michael Jackson, they also claim to have aquired the rights to ''MJ by Joe Jackson''.
Joseph that dirty, old, senile man is planning on using Michael for this new endorsement again. I hope the Estate sues the shyte out of his old ass.

Tacky is as tacky does.who is this company cause as others say no one is gonna buy this crap.

This is the image of ice cream (and when I first posted that everyone thought that I was joking but it's real)

This is their introduction video. You can see the items for sale starting at 2:50

And our members from Germany has been helping us with this and as it turns out Michael lost the rights of History MJ Logo in Germany due to Weisner and that company Tepax seems to be able to use the logo. They still own the rights to the logo. So if they only stick to the logo and do not use Michael's name, image and likeliness they might get away with this.

^^^^^

That's true. Dieter Wiesner managed to lose the rights to the logo in Germany so yes, it can be technically used if based in Germany

They are TRULY going overboard with the "Michael Jackson Sound System." I can't even tell what exactly that is supposed to be.

And is Joe Jackson's picture really on the champagne box? LOL!

ALL of that stuff is just straight-up tacky, I don't see how anyone in their right mind can be "impressed by the quality."

This is so wrong. adding more confusion to the public. seems like they are creating their mini estate in Germany. I am sure behind the scene Weitzman is watching this development very carefully.

They make me sick! Using your dead sons logo on a bottle of champagne...it's not even tacky it's sickening!

I'm done!

I checked the website. They are selling MJ wine for €12,- that should tell you something about the quality. It looks cheap too. I wouldn't dare serving that to my guests. On the other hand, that hideous gold pendant with Joe's (I assume) fingerprint on it costs €21.000,- :mello:

That dang thing is hideous!

I don't even think "RUN DMC" would be interested in wearing that monstrosity. LOL! It does remind me of something the rappers from the 80's "may" have worn, but this is 2011.

This is very unfortunate. Ivy, I am quite confused here. I understand that some company now goes after Weisner with the allegations of fraud. Does the ownership of this logo a part of those allegations? And if so, if fraud is proven, can Weisner's settlement with Michael be open up on the grounds that Weisner retained something which did not belong to him in the first place?

wow this really upsetting..just clicked on the link and there I saw Joe standing next to a picture of Michael...as if he is using Michael as a marketing tool....its just to much...it literally made me cry....what the hell is wrong with these damn Jackson's...how do you turn around and use your dead son to make money???....I just cant grasp what is they are thinking...this is to upsetting.

€12,- = $17,75
€21.000,- = $31.067,30

who would give that 31 thousand dollars? even if it's Michael's fingerprint would it worth that much?

What are they thinking? I have a feeling that it might be that Michael belonged to them . . . Michael was theirs . . . They owned Michael because they created Michael . . . (however you want to phrase it) and therefore they have a right to use him for whatever purpose now.

None of this is about his legacy so when they even try to show a connection to Michael with this crap it is insulting. Michael was about charity, music, fatherhood, etc. At what point will his father make things about that to truly show his legacy?

As always the Jacksons think they own MJ likeness simply because he's their blood! It don't work that way! Again, I ask why can't they do their own thing without him?! MJ was only one man and this LARGE ass family living off of him is so damn ridiculous!

It's sad because Michael was a human being and not some thing to make money off of. I wish someone in the family would tell him he is embarassing himself with all of this. Like he was the star of the Jackson family.
