Jermaine's official name is ...?

Jermaine was born named Jermaine LaJuane Jackson we all know it's a nice name and we love (at least I love lol) to call him Jerm or Jerms from time to time too that's his nickname lol
Well I read that he changed his name 20 years ago when he converted to Islam after visiting the Mecca. Muhammad Abdul-Aziz is what he changed it to, but now I have a question is Muhammad Abdul - Aziz his legal name now? Or just his religious name? I once read on another board (a troll said it on the other board) that it was just his religious but not official legal name?
I always thought it would be like with Muhammad Ali u know, that it was his legal name just like Ali didn't like to be referred to as Cassius Clay, as Muhammad Ali is his legal name now, I thought Jermaine too made it his official name? Get what I'm saying?

dont beleive he changed it offically. u just get an islamic name aswell as your normal one. same in judaism
