i know it's not a time to make jokes but didn't he just say he only makes $800 a month and can't afford to help support them yet now he'sgonna take care of them full time?

Jermaine Jackson has sought sole custody of his two sons after Los Angeles police were notified that the children were being beaten.

The brother of Michael and Janet, who is working on a TV pilot, was given custody of the children by police after they cops were informed of the abuse by teachers at the boys’ school.

Jackson’s son Jermajesty told a teacher that his mother Alejandra, had been “slapping him repeatedly across the face”, reports radaronline.com .

Jackson is seeking sole custody and will go to court next week. His lawyer says he will allow visitation with the kids’ mother, but will request that it is supervised.

Alejandra currently lives at the Jackson family compound in Encino, CA.
 
maybe tis just me but i find it all abit strange this is happening now after jermaine has just been ordered to pay x amount
 
Yeah, I'd agree with that if it wasn't the school that claimed it - coming from the school it seems a bit more credible (although did the kid say it or did the teacher ask or what - i don't know) and where exactly is everyone living now? :unsure:
 
i just hope the kids are fine. if they are giving him custody, he has family that will help or there is always financial assistance from the state or county you live in if finances are really in a bad way. the kids will be fine if they are with him. children shouldnt have to worry about being hurt by their parents :( i'm glad the teacher spoke up for the child. makes me very sad.

I was thinking the same thing. Anyway, while I don´t know anything about this situation I feel sorry for Alejandras other children as well because it is probably very hard for them to.
 
now they're saying the kids are living w/ alejandra but his divorce attny is trying ot get them to stay w/ him. honestly, he hasn't taken care of any of his kids, custody wise from jermaine II all the way to jourdynn so what makes anyone think that he'll take care of these two?

and what court would award them to him if he has no finances?

pray that this situation gets fixed and he's not doing this just to get back at his ex. in their court papers from the divorce, he claimed he couldn't afford to pay child support but alejandra said he went and bought their youngest son an iphone...he tries to win their affection by toys and electronics and not by being a parent...

ugh divorce is messy especially w/ kids involved

Yeah!! I thought they all were living at Havenhurst. And if that's true, then aren't there other members in that household that would have heard or seen something? I think this is a bunch of BS.:yes:

And you know this based on what exactly? You seemed to know a lot of things about the Jacksons. To be honest, we all do not know the situation so please stop saying things that are not true.

If Alejandra had a job, why can she live in her own home instead of living in the estate where Katherine lives? She can't buy a house of her own or rent a condo or apartment?

This whole situation is sad and I hope that things get better.
 
i base that on the fact that hazel said he was a lousy father but she didn't need his money b/c she's a gordy. margaret said he didn't help and it wasmike and jan who helped her. and now alejandra is saying the same thing.

katherine has money yet she lives in the house that mj owns...she doesn't pay any of the staff there, he does yet she owns apartments herself. randy and jermaine have all lived there recently yet it's ok for them to do it and not the woman who is taking care of all their kids.

maybe the grandmother wants thekids close to her.

and i don't seem to know anything bee, it's all relative IMO and no big deal. kinda funny he says he can't afford his kids yet he has a new car, he's taking his gf out on shopping sprees. he did the same thing w/ his first wife and the same w/ his second.

it's called pattern of behavior.
 
Lets play nicely. Thread isn't about who may have more information wether it's liked or not. Fact is they just people and have issues like the rest of the world.
 
margaret accused Jermaine of child abuse. She said that Jermaine hit jeremy and jourdyn. it was in her book.
But it's hard to say anything for sure until things have been investigated. :baby:
 
I hope that Jermaine isn't doing this to get back at his ex. Divorce is hard enough without making children tell lies to the school about their mother.

I'm not sure which is worse, Alejandra hitting the kids, or Jermaine telling the kids to lie.
 
things are always so complicated in the Jackson family no wonder Michael stays away
 
sad .. have alot of kids with different women from what im reading..not a good situation.
