Why did he sing this one, he wasn't even with the Jacksons when this song came out? It would've been more appropriate if he did a J5 song or one of his solo releases. He sounds good though. This is actually one of my favourite J5/Jacksons songs and my first introduction to Michael :) But I have to say I did not like this "modern" arrangement at all, the original sounds much better imo.

Edit: Was he singing live btw? Cause sometimes he kept the mic away from his mouth but you could still hear his voice, so it looked like he was lipsynching. His singing does sound live though. Perhaps the audio and video are not entirely synchronized.

Jermaine has a good voice but he needs to improve on his stage presence. With practice he will be fine
 
I wonder why they used these different instruments? It only makes me compare the original to the new instrumentation. The original had a different type of energy to it.
 
I didn't watch it, but I wonder why he performed this song, cause he wasn't even in the group back then.
 
He sounded good I think (I've always like his voice) but I don't like the the interpretation of the song.

Was it a tribute to Mike somehow? 'Cause all the pics were of him..
 
Jermaine performing and images of Michael being shown all throughout the performance......can't say I like this new mix and he definetly was lip-synching. Wonder why he did'nt sing one of his own songs.

Btw, he looks better/younger with the new spray painting on his head.
 
Poor Jermaine. LOL!

In my opinion, he just has NO stage presence and he doesn't know what to do with his hand's. LOL! I guess when he is behind his guitar, you don't notice how AWKWARD on stage he really is.

Maybe he should be putting his energy into ANOTHER basket, because I really don't think this entertainment thing is going to work out for him, especially on the LEVEL he would like to achieve.
 
zero feeling in yhat song its supposed to be happy and upbeat nut he just sang it with no feeling when he recorded it ugh

It was written by a British Michael Jackson and was recorded by The Jacksons (i.e not including Jermaine)!!!!!!

dance was :nooo:, Jermaine, needs to work with choreographer. Boy that dance was awful, the cameraman knew it, that is why it was zoomed out.
