Just beat it ... deadbeat it ...

Jermaine Jackson is downright refusing to pay his child support bills -- so says his baby mama Alejandra Jackson, who's accusing him of falling behind on payments yet again ... this time to the tune of $30,000.

L.A.'s Child Support Services Department has filed legal docs asking a judge to hold Jermaine in contempt for failing to meet his child support obligation for April 2012 through April 2013.

According to the CSSD, Jermaine was ordered to pay $3,000 a month in support for his two teenage sons, Jermajesty and Jaafar (totaling $36,000 per year) but failed to make any monthly payment in full.

The CSSD claims Jermaine sporadically paid a total of $5,621 throughout the year ... and allegedly still owes $30,378.

The CSSD says Jermaine is guilty of 12 counts of contempt -- one for each month -- and it wants him sentenced to 60 days in jail if he doesn't pay up by August ... when there will be a hearing to address the issue. Calls to Jermaine's camp weren't returned.

You'll recall, Jermaine fell behind roughly $90,000 in child support back in 2011 -- but he settled with Alejandra for $80,000 instead.

Let him go to jail like anybody else. Some people need to grow up and take responsibility.
 
In an interview Jermaine said he didn't care about the money from the trial & that they're doing it for love, love for Michael. And where's the love for his children? Wouldn't it be better for Jermain to love his children more & start feeding them with his own earned money?

He has no decency, how is it that he makes children & then don't want to support them What kind of human being is he? And Joe & katherine say they reaised good kids. That's good. Not supporting your children, they have not an ounce of dignity. The worst part is that if he's to go to jail, Katherine will come with the money and if she doesn't have it the estate probably give it to her leaving Michael to pay for it. I hope Jermaine's children don't learned that parents don't have to support their children.
 
Well the last time the estate gave it to him through Katherine. Katherine asked the estate for help after Jermaine asked for the money & they said no. The estate gave Katherine the money, which was to be given to him. I guess it is their creative way of getting around the issue of Michael not wanting to leave money for his siblings. So when you hear he paid up the last time, you should know that it is Michael who paid it.

Now after the granny napping & the letter which Jermaine signed to overthrow the estate & to shame Branca, I hope Branca does not bend to Katherine again & give her any money so she could give it to Jermaine. Jermaine just went on a tour & should have sent his children their money. Further, the estate already found Alejandro a place to stay & gave money for her to get lost, so I hope they do not get involved again.

Now I guess Jermaine really needs to win that AEG case!!!!

The estate better not give one penny to him. After what he did last year and so on. He probably thinks they will win the case and he will deal with it later.

This time they might be even right as it is not the first or second time Jermoney doesn't pay his child support, so why the word allegedly?
 
^^^^ I think they are just covering themselves legally. I wonder if the lioness does actually take care of her cubs what do they do with the 'care' provided if they are not supporting their own cubs.

NB I cant get into trouble for using those phrases because they are Jermaine's own words. :)

Poor Jermaine! If he didn't spend all of his money on his MJ "inspired" concert costumes, maybe he could have paid something on his outstanding child support.

And I guess ALL of those cancelled concert dates didn't help his bottom line either.

All that aside, it's just not a good look when a man doesn't financially support his children. Especially when the man in question is ALWAYS talking about the virtues of family. Real talk!

And despite the fact that Jermaine Jackson still owes $30,000 to ex-wife Alejandra Jackson towards their teenage sons, Jermajesty and Jaafar, he isn't letting any financial dramas hold him back.
The 58-year-old singer, who officially changed his surname to Jacksun, earlier this year, was seen shopping in Calabasas, California, over the weekend, apparently doing little to hide his wealth from onlookers.

Jermaine pulled up to the shops in an open-top Rolls Royce, before stepping out of the vehicle wearing a pair of Gucci trainers and a Gucci monogrammed bag around his waist.
The former Jackson 5 star also wore a large expensive-looking watch on one wrist, several bracelets on the other, and a selection of silver necklaces.
Jermaine's outing comes as it was revealed he could be sent to jail over the child support payments he has missed over the past year - which total $30,000.

The Los Angeles County Child Support Services Department filed legal documents claiming that Jermaine, who legally changed his surname to Jacksun earlier this year, has paid only $5,621 over the past year and still owes $30,378, according to a report by TMZ.
The department requested that Jermaine be put in contempt of court and sentenced to 60 days in jail if he doesn't pay by August, the report said. Jermaine has a hearing date that month to address the issue.
Twelve counts of contempt were lodged against Jermaine, one for each month.

The two have three children together, including adopted son Donte who was born in 1992.
Alejandra used to be brother Randy Jackson's girlfriend and also has two children with him.

That's what shows how false he is. He talks so highly about himself but then acts in the opposite way. He's such a selfish person that in the persuit to satisfy himself forgets his own children.

That's what Michael did too all the time. He gave money to Katherine but he knew she would give it to Joe or the siblings (even though he did not want to give it to them). He talked about that in the Glenda convos.

His ex wife has filed it in court and until she shows her 'proof' it is alleged. I always remember that awful woman Fiona Phillips who used to present breakfast tv here in the UK and at the time of the allegations against Michael she used to be very animated when presenting the claims or updates from court and then, with a sarcastic tone and the raise of an eye brow would mutter the word, 'allegedly'. As you can tell it still annoys me to this day.

I'm one of those irritating johnnie come lately post 25 june fans, who discovered mj for the1st time in the massive publicity about him over his death. Considering how upset i get about this aeg triall, honestly don't think i cd have coped in 05.
