I thought that the private ceremony for Michael would be quite lengthy. But if it is a Jehovah Witness ceremony (which is likely) then it would not take very long.
'At a Jehovah’s Witness funeral, mourners are expected to wear simple clothing in muted colors. The funeral services last between 15 and 30 minutes and are typically held at a Kingdom Hall or a funeral home. A congregation’s elder performs the service. A graveside service follows.'
This means that the family will be on time for the public memorial at 10am. I thought there would be considerable delay but turns out that a Jehovah Witness ceremony is very simple and dignified.
