This is a Janet song slowed down from the beginning to 1:30.

...they sound identical....so strange...don't you think?

Then from 1:30 to the end it is the normal "Janet" tempo and you realize it is her.. so crazy.

BTW: This is ONLY Janet singing on this track.

Not so strange; I think most of us would sound like our siblings if our voice was sped up/slowed down. Still neat though :)
 
i remember when this first came out like a year or 2 ago and i thought it was mj, but then i kept on listenin to it and i realized it wasnt, especially at the high parts lol

Yeah they sound very much like each other but the high notes tell it's Janet.

Though I can still tell it's Janet. She just has a different type of singin', don't know how to put it to words exactly, but it's different.
 
yeah, it's only janet. it's only slowed down until 1:30. then they speed it back up to janet's normal tempo from 1:30 to the end...then it sounds like her again. but it's just so shocking how similar their tone, pronunciation and vibrato is...crazy! they were like musical twins.

Even though it's slowed down it still sounds like Janet, didn't fool me LOL! MJ has a way of pronouncing his words that Janet doesn't have because MJ still had his Gary accent, Janet left Gary at age 4 she didn't have time to develop an accent.
 
This is off topic but I can't post it in the section l wanted to: Does Janet seem alittle more 'forgiving' about her dad?? I got that impression...

I think she is but when she speaks on Joe she always says shes speaking of her experince not any of her other sibllings. Janet was 3 when her brother moved to LA and became famous and she is the youngest so although she didnn't have a very loving of affectionate relationship with her father I don't think she recieved the much physical abuse

One can forgive and still be wounded. I think that's what Michael did. He chose to forgive his father but he felt wounded from the things said to him and the abuse he received.

I like that about Janet. The others seem to have no problem contradicting Michael, but Janet spoke in a way that didn't come across as her contradicting Michael.
