I watched it last year and thought it was quite good. I think Janet's songs are more personal than Michael's .. not better. I think HIStory was the most personal and MJ said himself in a interview his songs are not for the most part autobiographal. He drew inspiration from other sources and built it from there. but I can see a little about him in each song he writes regardless, because His heart is in each song. Eve the songs he didn't write, his emotions while singing them show a knowing or understanding. But Janet wrote from her own personal experiences. That's probably why when she was emotionaley dry or drained, she couldn't write because she didn't have another source to draw from like Michael.
