According to the album credits, he is, but Jermaine isn't. However, Jermaine hadn't rejoined the group when the Victory sessions started and came along later. Torture was originally a duet between Mike & Jackie, but when Jermaine came aboard, he replaced Jackie's leads, but Jackie is still on the ad libs on the 12" single version.

I am kind of confused by the question since he recorded with them up to Victory but he was in 2300 jackson street.

Well i know Mike didn't want to do anymore albums with his brothers. I was just wondering when he stopped and what songs he was in, in the later years of the group.

^^^The Victory album was the last project Mike & Marlon did with the group, except for singing on the 2300 Jackson Street song. Mike sang on all of the Victory songs. The remaining brothers did a song on a Whoopi Goldberg movie soundtrack called Time Out For The Burglar. I don't think Jermaine is on it, and it's just Jackie, Tito, & Randy. Mike sang on Jermaine's 1984 album (Tell Me I'm Not Dreamin') and Randy & Tito sang on another song on the same album (Planet Of The Ant Men). Mike, Tito, & Marlon sing on Janet's 1984 song Don't Stand Another Chace according to the credits, but there is a photo on the record liner which has Janet in a recording studio with all of the brothers except Randy. So I don't know if Jackie & Jermaine sang on the song and are not credited or if they were just there and didn't participate. Record credits are not always reliable, sometimes people are not credited for legal reasons, or use fake names to not draw attention to themselves.
