They just played "They Don't Care About Us". Can't believe that. I thought it was banned in the USA.....not anymore I guess. LOL

The controversy surrounding the lyrics is what got it banned off TV.

I thought the Rio version was fine for USA TV. I can see why the prison version was banned. It was a bit violent....although I have seen worse music videos

Probably something to do with oversensitive people at the ADL misconstruing a lyric.

I watched this special -- anyone here know any of the fans that spoke? I'm always curious how they pick people, esp. for an artist with so many devoted fans. Friends of the show's producers or something?
