Jackson family on dinah shore show

that guy who interviews them reminds me of McLean Stevenson who played Colonel Henry Blake on the tv series M*A*S*H. Is it him?
 
I think that was McLean Stevenson! Wow! I loved watching that clip. I used to watch the Dinah Shore show. Well, my mom used to put it on when I was a kid. And that wonderful sketch of Cicely Tyson that Michael showed...I remember watching The Autobiography of Miss Jane Pittman on TV. It was right up there with Roots as one of those historic television events.

I kind of miss the 70's. All those great daytime talk shows...Dinah, Merv Griffin, Mike Douglas. And all the horrible clothes. I had pants like McLean's jacket, lol!

Very nice. It's like stepping into a time machine. I love that song "one day in your life". My nephew called it "depressing".:smilerolleyes: No. It's melancholy and thoughtful! And very Carpenters-ish. I could imagine Karen singing it.
