Hey there

I submitted a refund the past week on Viagogo.. I saw the tickets offer but I chose a full refund..


Today I received an email from them telling me that my refund went well ... and I got £202 refunded !!


the thing is.. I paid £305 as a full payment.. and they count it as like I took the offer for my ticket !!

I sent them an email saying about this thing .. but what if they say that I took the offer.. not a full refund ???:bugeyed

That's weird...I had a refund for all mine except one I kept the ticket for and they've processed all mine like I asked for. Probably just a mistake...see what they say back. I'm sure they'll change it for you and give you the rest back.
