Most say it is not real and there is no background behind it .
I tired contacting Layla Johnson on FB to find out more but no reply.
She doesn't reply to comments about the photo on her FB page either,

Looks shopped to me, looks very odd. The body is not of MJ, when was he ever this "thick" compared to his body? And this kind of hair? It almost doesn't even look like Michael's face, and is that a drum stick?
