I found this photo & Ive never seen it before, but I cant tell if something is on his skin or if thats his skin. What do you guys think??

It seems real, I guess that what we can see on his face is the beginning of his vitiligo, might be acne treatment cream too, as it looks "liquid", i don't know how to say that. However, that blue/purple arm is odd, maybe a bruise or something, but it seems serious as it's all over his arm.
 
it's real but it look like it's been edit. i'm not sure. some fans mostly the younger ones like to edit photos. i really don't like when they do that. but hey.

Did some reverse image search, the photo is real but the original seems to be black and white and people have colourised it. You can tell by looking at the phone.

Or maybe it's a different scans and one has been made in black and white for some reason? The color one in original post looks like it's got fingerprint on the blue arm.

Look at the phone. Half of it is still in black and white, it's been colourised.
 
I also hadn’t seen these 2 photos prior to this year, anyone know where they may have come from?
