Is this Michael?

I'm in a bit of a debate about somebody about whether or not this is actually Michael. I think it is, but I don't know when it was taken. Does anybody know anything about this picture?

it definitely looks like him i dont think anyone could get that close to looking like him so yes i think its him. looks like it was taken around 2003 or maybe after 2005 not sure though.

It is from Berlin 2002 indeed. I have more pictures and I think that there are some pictures in steady-laughing, but I am not sure.
