I would say no. The squiggle at the start of the M is all wrong, never seen that before. It looks as though it has taken time to draw out whereas Michael could do it in seconds. Also, the A looks wrong in Michael and I don't know Michael ever finished with an arrow on the Jackson, rather random markings around the dot. Autographs are such a difficult buy these days.

Unless you were there when he signed it, you'll never be sure. Check the certificates, story and history. If it doesn't feel right, it probably isn't.
