Is this guy insulting MJ??

On Sleevage.com some of the cover arts for UK MTV's best albums have been posted and the writer there is "trying" to write some funny and mean AKA witty stuff about them.
Here's what he had to say about Thriller:

"As cliché a it sounds, this was the first record I ever owned. I still know all the lyrics to Thriller, even the voice over guy parts
My question is ... what the HELL does he/she mean by that last bit...are they insulting Michael!?

I think he's just talking about the Vincent Price monologue at the end of the song, so he's calling Vincent Price "the voice over guy".
