I've been noticing that music these days is starting to make a bit of shift and seems to be slowly moving away from the whole ''club music craze''

I'll show you what i mean

Emeli Sandé - Heaven - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cwHe0ddggig
Adele - Rolling In The Deep - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mBRUkdQa6Is
Sharon Jones and The Dap Kings - If You Call - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qwRbV-L0Qoc

I hope that we are finally moving away from the ''club music craze'' cause i'm really sick of it now.

I hope you're right. Club music might be catchy as hell, but it's artistically deficient, and overall, I think it's a cultural outrage that people like Lady Gaga and Rihanna make more money than actual artists whose songs have meaning and content. Then again, ours is a society where football players and reality show stars make more money than teachers.

I think that 2012/2013 is when this decades music is really gonna start up. The music now is just an holdover from the late 00's

Same thing happened in the early 00's. The early 00's for me just seemed like an extention of the late 90's. It wasn't untill 2002/2003 when the 00's music really started up
