I'am this weekend and reading some of the reviews from people that already seen it... Well I CAN NOT WAIT!!! lol
 
I'm not into soap opera movies or girl flicks, so probably not. I saw the 1st one, but that was just because I was at somebody's house and they were playing the DVD.
 
Hell NO..they way she through Michael under the bus..calling him a "Drug addict"....oh please..sorry I wont be buying a ticket.

It has to do with it, a lot folks supported Janet because she was related to him, not because of herself, similar to Britney and Jamie Lynn Spears. Janet has turned off quiet a few folks with her behavior since Michael's demise, more and more folks are getting turned of by it and stop supporting her. The majority of the people going to the movies to see WDIGM2 will be doing so b/c of Tyler Perry not Janet Jackson.

me and my sister went at it today over what she said my sister agrees with her..I know what I know so i ain't going to even address the real cause u all will get the real soon. Any way as for the movie i'm going to see it with my team tomorrow I love me some jill scott and Tarsha i go see and watch Jan do her thang

I have lost all respect for Janet now. Did Michael look like a drug addict to anyone here in his last few days? I saw him in TII..a drug addict would not of been able to do what it was he was doing..Michael WAS NOT a drug addict.

Sorry to the OP for getting off topic. as I already stated NO I wont be seeing Janet's movie.
 
It was wrong for her to say that. But seriusly.. she said 1 thing wrong and now you're all hating her? I mean.. Look at Latoya.. she did many things worse to Michael, she was jealous, not Janet. Janet LOVE Michael.They were very close. Now im ended saying this cuz this thread has only to do with the movie, not her.

Seriously ?? I've never heard of him until this movie came out and I only heard about it because Janet was in it...

In Janets defence she never said, the "interventions" were around the time of TII, infact she said before May she hadn't seen him in a long time, so really they could have been years ago

I guess, but I don't understand that sort of thinking. I'm not into judging or getting into somebody else's business. So that's not a criteria that comes into whether I like something or not.

She conviently left out the part of her not having seen him between 2005 and 2009 in May. She should have said ''listen up I'm talking about the early 90s/listen up I'm talking about 2000'' etc. She did not she is not a dumb person she knows the kind of affect her vague statements have she knows what gets her attention. Thanks to vague statements like that folks think Jackson died as raving addict in 2009. Although his autopsy which is a official document done by medical experts refutes these claims. But oh well

I do not hate Janet, but I do not watch that garbage (movie). Period.

Ok, I'm going to say this and hopefully i will be clear. There is no reason that every thread about Janet has to end up closed. You don't like what she said, fine. You agree with her, fine. There is no reason people cannot express their opinions without being consistently off topic, mean spirited, and attacking personal members. Three threads about Janet have been close in the last day or so. Again I ask if we can respectfully speak to one another?

I hate to see so many threads closing because of nonsense. Please people!

YA but, She didn't make herself clear enough that it was years ago and not recently. Like other Jacksons she seems to rely on tabloid talks instead of facts, like the official autopsy reports or medical exams that didn't reveal any Zanex or prosac or what not. (most addictives meds have half life up two months)

Even Oprah made it sounds like it was recently.

Are they just oblivious to facts or did they get a different autopsy report?

And because of that my answer is:
He*l no! I'm not patronizing any of the Jacksons but Michael.
