Are all these songs from the Invincible era - 1999/2000/2001?

Which all totally destroy some of the great songs from the actual Vince album itself, and why oh' why wernt these songs used on the new 'michael' album...?

I mean, who leaked the title of these out-takes? Almost none of these songs' melody are unknown to us, right?
