Internet streams of the ceremony

There's a TV alert thread, but maybe it's a good idea to collect in this thread the available live streams. So that if one doesn't work, you can try another.

Live streams from Holland:
RTL 4 will have live streams of the ceremony. From 19.00 CET (18.00 GMT) their news program will stream the live feed directly from sattelite on:
http://www.rtl.nl/components/actueel/rtlnieuws/miMedia/livestream/insb.xml
Also, their entertainment show RTL Boulevard will be streaming the same sattelite signal on:
http://www.rtl.nl/components/actueel/rtlboulevard/miMedia/insc.xml

The streams are already available, but you only get a color bar right now.

I was wondering....will the tv channels stream everything on tv?
Or is it a better idea to watch it somewhere on an internet stream from the US or something, so we probably get to see more?
