80% of these songs are fake? I mean, History have about 2-3 outtakes... Same thing about Off The Wall...Only Rio is real...

The OTW list may have been recorded. They are listed on copyright so they are more than likely real
Some of the songs post Invincible have pictures of the CDs in the Jeffree Phillips lawsuit

But I don't know if the songs in the Jeffree Phillips lawsuit were recorded or not

They're real but that doesn't mean they're recorded, you can copyright anything no matter how unfinished it is. Most of what's registered in the Copyright Office are instrumentals.

I wonder if the OTW songs have recorded vocals then

Dark Lady/H20 is not finished....Do you have any info about this song?
This is from Damien Shields:“It's far from what I consider complete. It has a one-take vocal melody. He vocalises the melody, but JUST the melody - basically no coherent lyrics at all. It couldn't be released as anything more than a demo - as it is - in my opinion. But I believe fans would love it.”.

Lyrics include, "Dark lady will get what she wants every time, Dark lady don't know what she is"

If there was a post invincible album, what songs do you think should be on it?

It's hard to tell because the album was in its earliest stages and there were almost no songs that were recorded fully. I Was The Loser is probably the only one we can say that would've ended up on the new album since it's the most polished track of that time, and it's a song that he really liked.
Btw, why second name of this song is H20? Any ideas?
It was likely just a working title.

I was thinking maybe Adore You or something vocally complete around that time

Hold My Hand, Hollywood Tonight, The Way You Love Me... These song 100% would get on new album. Hold My Hand was going to be 1st single....

Most of those songs are discarded outtakes. For a lot of his career MJ spent years or even decades working on old songs just for most of them to end up back in the vault (Best Of Joy in 1991, Turnin' Me Off being reworked only a few years after it was made for Bad and Scared Of The Moon being three notable examples), so just because MJ was working on some old ideas at the time it doesn't necessarily mean they were going to be on his new album. Besides, he was working on around 10-20 of his old demos at the time so it's a guarantee that most of the songs would've been sent back to the vault again.
Hold My Hand was going to be 1st single....
It's what the estate claims, but it makes no sense that a song that was going to be released on Akon's album was going to be the lead single on MJ's own album.

Another thing to note is that MJ would often make changes to an album's tracklist and would end up having certain songs be removed from the album; Blood On The Dance Floor and Someone Put Your Hand Out being removed from Dangerous and Streetwalker being removed from Bad at the last minute are examples of that, so even if MJ had songs that were ready to be released they still could've been cut out from the album. All of this is why it's hard to say what songs would've ended up on his new album and whatnot.

Crackpot theory is Dark Lady/H20 and Water were meant to be combined. But that's not probably true.
