This man, yes Ian Halperin... the one who said many false and stupid thing about Michael, is trying to sew the CRTC (canadian broadcasting channel) because he says he was ridiculed in an interview he has made at the show 'Tout le monde en parle' in Québec, Canada.

''Decieved that the host of the 'Tout le monde en parle' (Everyone's talking about it) show didn't send excuses, Ian Halperin now asks CRTC to complain about the way he was treated during the show on April 11th.
In a letter written in english and sent to the federel organism on Monday, he asks for investigation after his presence at the show last week. He says he has been ridiculed, victim of prejudice and the target of not-founded allegations, says the Journal of Montréal.
The card given to him at the end of the show by Danny Turcotte would have particularly shocked Halperin.It says that he would burn his books if he was on a desert island. ''The card prooves that they wanted to destroy me since it has been written before the show'' wrote Halperin in his letter.
He also atstes that he was victim of antisemitism from Turcotte and Claude Robinson, when compared to Ronald Wienberg de Cinar, who is also jewish.
''Most of the Robinson commentaries were cut off to broadcasted show, but they were said in the studio and in front of the audience'' says Halperin.
The CRTC confirmed that they recieved the letter. They also said that they already asked for explanations from Radio-Canada. They cannot give a penalty to the station but they can take a decision when it will be time to renew the TV channel's licence.
Let's remember that the controversial biographer did send a letter to Radio-Canada et to the team of 'Tout le monde en parle' after his presence at the show. He was asking for excuses and monetary compensation.
During the show on April 18th, the host of the show, Guy A. lepage and Danny Turcotte said that they didn,t owe any excuses since they never sais anything antisemitist to the author.
''Halperin can only blame the lack of popularity of his own sayings and acts'' pretended Lepage on Sunday. ''We never plan a 'Dumb dinner' but sometimes it happens that a guest brings his own lunch, and last week, he did bring sandwiches for everybody'' said the host about the writter.
The biographer says that he's got the public on his side. He says to have recieved more then 500 letters and emails majoritary from francophones.

Déçu que les animateurs de «Tout le monde en parle» ne lui aient pas présenté d'excuses, l'auteur Ian Halperin se tourne désormais vers le CRTC pour se plaindre de la façon dont il a été traité sur le plateau du talk-show le 11 avril.

La carte remise à la fin de l'entrevue par Dany Turcotte aurait particulièrement choqué Halperin. Le Fou du roi y disait qu'il brûlerait ses livres s'il se retrouvait un jour sur une île déserte. «La carte prouve que l'émission voulait me détruire puisqu'elle a été faite avant l'enregistrement», a écrit l'auteur au CRTC.
Sur le plateau, Halperin dit aussi avoir fait l'objet de propos antisémites de la part de Turcotte et de Claude Robinson, un autre invité. Ce dernier l'aurait comparé à Ronald Weinberg de Cinar, également juif.
«La plupart des commentaires de Robinson ont été coupés de l'émission diffusée mais c'est arrivé en studio devant un public», affirme Halperin dont les arguments sont cités par le quotidien.
Le CRTC a confirmé la réception de la plainte de Halperin au Journal de Montréal. L'organisme a ajouté qu'il avait déjà demandé des explications à Radio-Canada. Il ne peut imposer d'amende mais peut rendre une décision qui peut être prise en compte lors du renouvellement d'une licence de diffusion.

Halperin ne «peut blâmer que l'impopularité de ses gestes et ses déclarations», a prétendu Lepage dimanche. «On n'organise jamais de dîner de cons mais il arrive parfois qu'un invité apporte son lunch. La semaine passée, il avait même apporté des sandwichs pour tout le monde», d'ajouter l'animateur au sujet du biographe!
Le biographe dit quant à lui jouir de l'appui du public. Il aurait reçu 500 lettres et courriels provenant en majorité de francophones.
