That mix, to me, has too much going on. It lacks the simplicity the original employs.

i guess i like the way the rough street beat contrasts with the sweet ballad keys but yeah it doesn't live up to the song's strong melody, but neither does the original imo.

Reminds me a bit of "Dreams" by Gabrielle. I don't know, just the same musical vibe and stuff. I like both of those songs.
