How would i exchange tickets?

I am enquiring if anyone knows,or has done it before,
i purchaced tickets today during the pre-sale,
my tickets are for the 3rd august ,
my problem is i think the 3 tickets i purchaced are on the bk 405 row h .which i think is on the top tier,
i am very afraid of heights and didn,t realise with the race to get tickets today that 405 was infact the top tier.
So what i wanted to ask is,i am planning to try again on friday
don,t get me wrong i am happy i got the tickets after being a lifelong fan,
but i am just to scared to be that high up,i would just end up not enjoying it.

Thanks for your reply,so if i get some tickets on friday,(fingers crossed) ,i could sign into ticketmaster set up a sellers profile?another thing i wanted to ask ,if i do this and the tickets are coming to my adress i have given them,can i sell them get the money i paid for them and can it be sent straight to the person who has purchaced them.is there a way to do this?.
