Home Video Version Alterations?

Umm... so call me crazy but were there some changes to the home video version? I'm pretty sure the theatrical versions I saw both ended with the "original" version of This Is It over the credits. However the home video version I just watched had the orchestral version...

There were a few other things I noticed that seemed different... anyone else notice little things like that?

how do you already have the dvd?

I have a copy of the theatrical screener and the home DVD and Im about to compare them both to see.

I have a copy of what I believe to be the Retail DVD and Retail Bluray.
