Help! How to have refunds with tickets bought at O2 Arena Box Office?

Could someone help me? I have no idea how to have a refunds with tickets I bought directly at O2 Arena Box Office and moreover, I'm not in the UK, I can't receive my mails T_T

Any suggest please????
