Hazel accused JErmaine of trying to rape her in the late 80s, I believe he was arrested for attempted rape too, according to ex wife # 2 Margaret if I'm not mistaken (Jackson Family Values book).. What happened after that? Was he charged with anything? did he spend time in jail like baby bro Randy? Does anyone know?

He denied the whole thing...he was never charged with anything.

Why throw around unsubstantiated allegations such as this?. No good ever comes of hurling slanderous statements against our fellow man.

It is in Margaret's book. I think the OP just wants to know what came of it (if true) and the reaction.

When I read the book I don't remember him being arrested for it (maybe that's another case & another woman); I just remember Margaret claiming that Hazel told her that Jermaine tried to rape her when he came over to her house.

@yaazgurl: Perhaps its possible to find that issue of JET through Google books. Did it become a story after the book was released?
 
Jermaine and Hazel were divorced and he was with Margaret. His kids with Hazel came over for a visit. At the time People magazine said Margaret was pregnant with she and Jermaine's second child. He showed the story to the kids while they were there. He takes the kids home and according to Hazel he told the kids that he was going to have another kid with there Mother and if they hear any screaming it would be Mom and Dad playing. Hazel said he tried to rape her she bite him on the arm trying to fight him off there was no bite mark on his arm. She called the cops they looked into it and nothing happened. I guess they did not buy her story

Just because it was in Margaret's book it doesn't mean it's truth. Some people love anything negative about the Jackson family, whether it's truth or not.

No. Jet reported on the incident when it allegedly happened. No one even knew about Margaret then.
 
the story was over twenty years ago..let it go.not even worth discussing
 
I wasn't the one accusing him of rape his ex wife did if u got problem with it go and get on her back for it.

Well that is what I thought too that nothing came out of it I'm sure Jermaine's ex wife number 2 would have mentioned it otherwise in her book.
Jermaine is a lot of things but I refuse to believe that he's a rapist .. unless someone has evidence I will give him that much.
