Random tip #1- Buy decaf coffee and your regular caffeine coffee. Start off putting half of your regular amount of regular coffee and half of your decaf for a week then work yourself down to just decaf.
For people who have a fast heartbeat but found themselves in a caffeine cycle, to help with your heart drink orange juice, V8, or milk and of course water.
Random tip #2- Feel like you can't concentrate well and have short term memory problems and foggy? Take ginseng vitamins, eat fish or you can take fish oil supplements.
You can also take vitamin b-12. Try not to go overboard though. One ginseng one day, fish the next with vitamin b-12 works well.
