I just saw this in the google news section and realized Google didn't do anything special for his 75th bday in their logo. At first I thought all the bday news today was some kind of pre-birthday buildup but apparently it really IS today. :blink: Can't believe google missed the big 75.

Anyway, since I'm in this thread ... :lol: Happy Bday, Elvis!

Man, i want to go to Graceland, Elvis fans are so lucky to have that place to go to. a tradition. i cant believe larry king isnt doing a show on it tonight!

Gotta admit, Elvis was a great looking guy! Wow. More than that though he had a fantastic voice. Not a huge fan, but I love a number of his songs and he was a great entertainer. He's called "The King" for a reason.

I'd LOVE to visit Graceland some day too. Maybe if we someday have a museum for Michael I could do a trip to USA and visit both places at the same trip.

Elvis was really cute as a child! But I don't mind how he looked a little older either ;)
 
Yeah, I know I'm late here with my birthday wishes! Yesterday I spent the day on Facebook and YouTube. I watched a big bunch of Elvis' videos. I agree with The One, it would be so cool one day to visit both Graceland and Neverland. Great pics and links, everyone! :)

ET is with Priscilla and Lisa Marie Presley and family as they commemorate the day that Elvis would have turned 75.
The ladies celebrated at Elvis' famous home, Graceland, where thousands of fans traveled to join them. Priscilla said of the occasion, "You go into his life and what he's accomplished... and you can only imagine what he'd be doing at this age."
This week marks the beginning of a year-long series of events tied to the King's birth -- including a multi-city Ultimate Elvis Artist tour.
