14 is quite the threshold. He sure is turning into a young man, isn't he? 
He obviously knows that superheroes are the stuff of fiction, while real life is for heroes. I'm convinced one day he will be one such man, a true hero. It's up to him to decide in what ways that heroism will be manifested.
Some years ago I saw this beautiful "painting" and earlier today I've found it again, so I figured I would post it here now.
I think it's very, very sweet
