Win first night Michael Jackson tickets for his eagerly anticipated comeback concerts at the O2 Arena
Michael Jackson is back! To celebrate the announcement that he will perform a number of dates at the O2 Arena, we have a pair of tickets for the first night, 8 July, 2009 to giveaway to one lucky person. This will be the hottest ticket in town and tickets are selling at a phenomenal rate. To get you in the mood, the winner will also receive a copy of his greatest hits album King Of Pop.
One of the world's most popular entertainers, Michael Jackson has sold over 750 million units worldwide and is one of very few artists to be inducted twice into the US Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame.
The Guinness Book Of World Records has recognised Michael Jackson as the Most Successful Entertainer Of All Time with Thriller as The Biggest Selling Album Of All Time. Jackson won 13 Grammy Awards and received the American Music Award's Artist Of The Century Award.

This is the only thing I could find about the votes:

GMTV votes are provided only as an indicative measure of the opinions of those GMTV viewers who choose to participate. One vote is allowed per viewer or per phone/mobile number or web/IP address. GMTV reserves the right at its absolute discretion to exclude votes which it considers to be duplicate, multiple or otherwise unfair.

You can try registering and see if it allows you to continue when you enter your address; not sure but I guess it should be fine...
