ok I am gonna be blunt: That girl has ABSOLUTELY no talent. NONE.

While I'm glad her friends were there to holler & applaud, MJ's fans need to stop lying to her...and make her think she will make it in the industry. She won't...when the general public & music critics get wind of her...let's just say it won't be pretty.

She had dropped out of school...well bravo!!!! to whoever convinced her to go back. She needs an education...not a mike.


Why the hell was she lipping that performance...when she doesn't even have a record deal yet???

That being said, Austin has a lot more talent than Genevieve. He is the only one among the 3rd generation of singers that can potentially make it (Aside from 3T).

YIKES! I thought some artist didn't start lip-syncing until AFTER they made it big, and not before. LOL!

In my opinion, she probably should have taken the Alicia Keys approach to talent and learned how to play the piano. I mean, at least it would be a little different then TRYING to become the next Britney Spears, Janet Jackson, Beyonce and/or Ciara.
 
Someone tell her manager to get her more singing lessons. o ya that her mother the one that is milking the family out of everything.
 
maybe she thinks she has talent because of her surname. and what is she doing with her hand on her head all the time. rofl. pretending to concentrate on the high notes? lol. ok, genevieve. we know now you have no talent, so dont show us again like aunt latoya, uncle jermaine and so on..

To go the Alicia Keys way one is actually required to have talent..
Ain't got much of a voice IMO. But oh well she seems to be having fun lip syncing so good luck to her
 
With all due respect and sympathy... IMO, it's just another example, that sometimes the fact that your name is Jackson is just not enough to make career.
Good luck to her, maybe with some vocal lessons and training she'll convince me once that I was wrong :)

bit hard to judge from that short clip from the end of the song.

her voice is stronger than Janets... thats all i can hear from this.

I really, really wish I could say something positive about Gen's singing/performance.

But I can't.

Each to his/her own on this one.
 
Certainly an UP & coming "Artist" that certainly "HAS" potential....
