Funky looking iTunes (Its PINK and PURPLE!!)

I updated to iTunes 8.0 yesterday and everything was fine. When I started up iTunes today it was pink and purple. No other programs on my computer are like this. Has anyone else had this problem or know what to do?

Desktop Properties> Settings > Change to 32 bit colour
