Full size/not cropped version of this picture

Hey, I need to picture not to be cropped out. (Mike's hand etc)
I'm designing my next MJ tattoo I and would to have this picture in its full size.

I think that this is original size. And you cant see Michaels full hand either.

True, it's the full image, the hand is cut off unfortunately, however this is not the hi-res source. Here you go:
