is there a limit for number of people?
what op they provide? kitchen, bathroom?
and how much do they cost?
specially those near his hotel?

its a very long and hard process if you mean to rent an actual property with a lease etcetc. if you mean to rent out a holiday flat or something then i suggest purely googling it, im not sure how popular they are or how many there are but i know they exist! haha.
