The 80's is my favorite decade for music. In my opinion so many great songs came out during this era.

There's so many. The 80's were a great time for music.

But I loved Let's Dance by David Bowie and Level 42, Something About You.
 
For me the 80's was the best decade for music ever. About 90% of the stuff that was coming out in the 80's was just gold in my opinion. Most things during that era was just on point. The melodies, the productions, the lyrics, the vocals, the music videos.

Also this has nothing to do with me having my nostalgia goggles on too tight because i didn't even grow up in the 80's. I'm a child of the 90's. So i have no feelings of Nostalgia towards the 80's what so ever. I just think that the 80's was the greatest decade for music

Agree. It was the golden time of good music.Wonderfull music.
I was a big Duran Duran fan. And I loved Culture Club and so many other great songs.
 
Also i just love how fun the 80's was musicly. There were tons of happy, feel good songs around in the 80's. It's just to bad that now a days singers are so hell bent on ''keeping it real'' that they've forgotten about the fun in music.
 
A-Ha's Take On Me is I think the first video (and perhaps one of the first songs) I ever saw/heard when I was a small child. Mainly because it was entertaining. That song holds so much nostalgia for me.
