Jermaine Jackson's baby mama claims the singer has left her so dirt poor ... that she's been forced to accept supermarket gift cards from Jermaine's mom just so she can feed the kids.

Alejandra Jackson filed legal documents in L.A. County Superior Court claiming Jermaine is a deadbeat dad who hasn't paid $35,550 in court-ordered child support payments for their two kids, Jermajesty and Jaffar.

In the docs Alejandra says Jermaine's own mother sees how bad the situation is and often bails her out with "gift cards to Ralphs in varying months so that I can pick up food for our children, usually between $300 and $400."

Alejandra also claims Jermaine was lying to the court when he claimed he only made $35k in 2008 -- pointing out that he lives in the same "estate home" in Calabasas, drives the same "luxury vehicles" and has the same "luxury lifestyle" he had before.

The two are due back in court to battle it out -- so far, no date has been set.

those are the uncles that care so much about MJ's kids , they better start to cater for their own children first
 
You have a thing for the Jackson family don't you? I hope your "family" business is in order. This is about Jermaine but you have to talk about "uncles". Anyway...
The first time they went to court, it was alleged Alejandra had money in an account, that was sufficient that she could move out on her own . She travels to foreign countries, managing her daughter . She once claimed in those documents that Katherine doesn't pay for her children to eat, shop, go to the dentist or for their education. But in the same breath mentioned "they used to have a cook" .
She claims that she wants to move out but owes too many people money who invested in her clothing line that failed. She drives an escalade. Her kids apparently ask for their father . They enjoy spending time with him because he buys everything they want and gives them money .

This was the first time she filed a claim.

Before everyone jumps on the "Jermaine lynch mob"...this story is tabloid and old. U don't think maybe that this is a disgruntled ex (and rightly so coz Jermaine didn't seem a very good husband...but like they say it takes two to tango...she is also at fault... Sho is trying to get as much money as possible due to her failed fashion line or the fact that she is managing her daughter Genevieves career. If she is so poor how can she afford to fly her daughter across america, get her daughter entry into redcarpet events and finance her daughters music?
 
Can't pick on Michael anymore, so now they will pick on Jermaine. Sorry for the dumb question, but I really don't know. Is TMZ staff reliable or are they going after Jermaine since Michael isn't here to pick on anymore??

these are my thoughts exactly..lol...great minds must think alike.....woops...Jermain's turn....although I must say ...all who have read my posts about Jermaine know that he is not one of my favorite people....but..I guess he will be the media target now....oh well...not to much I can do...I just wish they would leave Katherine out of it...she has done nothing wrong.

He probably will be the target now, especially because he has interviewed and seemed the most open(besides Latoya) with his feelings.
 
jermaine is doing what he was taught to do by his parents , could you imagine Jermajesty and Jaffar in a sex club performing to raise money for their father and mother .of course no God forbid . sounds familiar ha?

It is a fact documented in court that MJ was and still is paying everyone's expenses at Encino . do I need to post what his previous wife said about him ? the one who defended mj .

as for the others , the same apply to them .

and yeah she and Randy were not married . was she the wife Randy abused and "opened her head " or was it the previous one ? ohh I forget he did not marry her , so it must be the other one .
I think this is the one he was sleeping with while he was married to the other " disgruntled ex" and Randy claimed he did not know she was pregnant TWICE . he did not know he fathered two children with her . GREAT .

they have kids and send them to mama , and then Mike's phone start ringing ...etc

the siblings are great example of Ungratefulness & greed

Lord that's a hot mess. I dunno nothing about that common law stuff but what I do know is this: It doesn't really matter if she has money from somewhere else or not. If he owes her child support then he owes her child support and that's really all there is to it.

You sure are negative about people you don't know and who don't know you exist, lol. It's not that serious. It's their business how they live their lives, not anyone here. People complain about tabloid stories about Michael and say they're trash, yet believe stories if they're about someone else. Don't worry, be happy. :p
 
thank you for your advice . I just hate hypocrisy , you know claiming to be the best uncles and wanting to be in charge of your nephews and nieces money while you have a very well documented history in failing to cater for your own kids . something does not seem right . that's just me .

Many people say one thing and do another. Martin Luther King, Jr. is praised as a being a champion for non-violence. Yet he beat up prostitues he slept with. The so-called "founding fathers" of the USA said all men are equal, but at the same time said black people were 3/4 of a man to justify having slaves. People in the USA celebrate Thanksgiving, which is really a holiday about stealing land and the genocide of the natives. Many parents tell their children not to do things that they did themselves at the same age. I just don't understand why people are getting mad and stressed out over things that really don't have anything to do with them. That's why I seldom go into these types of gossip & "news" threads, it's just people griping about everything and everybody. It was happening long before MJ passed. I mostly stick to threads about music or neutral topics. I still cant believe there's a special section to put tabloid stories here, lol. I've never looked at it. In the news section any little thing that appears anti Michael is posted. What's the point of making topics like "Elvis fans say Michael is no good, Elvis is the real King", or "Madonna has no talent" or "Justin Timberlake, Usher, etc. are just ripping off Mike and suck at it" or "Let's spike this survey, vote, award, ect. in Mike's favor"? Even people like John Landis or Manu Dibango who sued Michael for a legit reason are demonized, like Michael can do no wrong. Does that make people feel better? I don't get it. Everybody in show business gets ripped off and used, why is Michael supposed to be immune to that? Capitalism is designed to rip off some people, and it happens in any kind of business. People don't get rich or powerful by being kind and gentle, they're generally ruthless.

this was an issue before. he won't give her support but he'd buy his 7 yr old an iphone. priorities people. jordans don't put food on the table unless u michael jordan

who's paying for the karate classes and trips to themuseum and to universal studios? either mj's kids are or jermaine is.

she has no money yet she can take trips to columbia and hong kong , she is attending the latin awards show, she is not taking care of her kids because Michael kids nannies are that called benifitng. she better not be calling foul now that Michaels kids live in that house she has nothing to worry about.
 
Everybody needs to look at her daughters website it will tell where she is chicago , new york, Hong kong, columbia.
