This clip says that evidence was tainted in Michael's death investigation due to the LAPD not sealing it off as a crime scene and delaying interviewing key witnesses. A prosecutor said this means it will make it more difficult for the prosecution. I had a feeling something like this would happen.

yup. I had that feeling on Day One. they were sanguine it was an OD. they totally dropped the ball on this one.

and there is a huge problem with the chain of custody , according to the search warrant issued on murray's office they found bottles of meds beside mj's bed , they listed the meds and the doctors who prescribed them and said these meds were seized on 25th of june . the detectives then say we interviewed murray , went back to the house seized a bag which belonged to him with "multiple bottles/vials of lidocaine, propofol" they further said" non of the labeled drugs were prescribed to any patient " that's happened on 29th of june .
we have the search warrant about the "heroin" , they seized the bottles of meds , a baggy with murrays name bottles of empty meds , 12 bottle of temazepan ...etc .these happend on 26th of june .

it seems they had never really searched the house , there is a huge problem if indeed that what really happened .

they were only seizing what people told them to seize , you would think they would have searched the bathroom the first day . not even the bathroom was searched on 25th day , and many things were also seized from mj's bedroom the next day not on 25 june . I can't understan how any of these things will find its way into a court room .

Not really suprised. They were probably convinced it was an OD & that he was an addict.  Oceangirl, why do you think that evidence won't make its way into a court room? Is it because of the delay in collecting it; the defense attorneys can claim it was tampered with, making it inadmissable?

Wasn't somebody saying that Murray came back to the house after MJ was at the hospital? If so, what time was this? Plus security tapes are missing from the house...

the defense can easily turn the tables and say the evidence was "placed" there... that's why.

yeah right, the evidense collected after releasing the scene to the family won't be admissible in a court of law , it is as simple as that .

any judge who repects himself and respects what law represents won't allow such evidence into his court

well don't be so upset ,they seized bottles of meds on 25th of june , the drugs listed in the search warrant to raid murray's office in Houston were all seized that day , all the drugs found in mj's body were prescribed by murray . but I don't know what will happen to murray's bag which had all the vials of propofol and lidocaine . he supposedly told them where to find it and they went and seized it , so i'm not sure what will be the judge's decision regarding that bag .

Someone from the LAPD must have been recruited by the conspirators! I remember we were all shocked that the family was just able to go to the house so soon and start taking Michael's things. But then if the family was suspicious from the beginning, why would they taint a crime scene? That's the last thing they would want. It just didn't make any sense! LaToya's been suspicious from Day 1. I wonder if she was doing her own investigation (since she had cop training from that show) and that's why she went to the house quickly to gather up his things.

Well, evidence from the house might not be permitted now but there is still those raids on Murray's office, the pharmacies, the suspicious phone records, etc. I know that they found propofol in the house, but it was also discovered where Murray bought/obtained the propofol.

Can someone break down the evidence (from what we know) from inside the house vs. all other evidence collected?

As for the delay in interviewing key witnesses. . . . possibly talking about the bodyguards/security here? The LAPD is run by a bunch of ignorant people. Who wouldn't interview everyone that was in that house that day right away? That's the only thing that makes sense to do, right? To try to figure out the TRUTH!!

LAPD: told ya. a bunch of ignorant thugs.

I don't trust them ONE BIT when it comes to Michael.

this is upsetting.

please please.. let at least THIS be the justice and support MJ always needed-but never got. he, his family and friends needs justice.

yes, in case they wanted the true to be figured out. But they don't. Its all on purpose. All so predictable.:(:(

Augh... That doesn't sound too good. But justice will be served. :praying

Michael Jackson dies ALL OF A SUDDEN RIGHT OUT OF THE BLUE without yet any confirmation of what REALLY happened........hell yeah, they should've brought those yellow tapes out!!

It doesn't actually have to be right away but it's been a pretty LONG time and they still haven't interviewed the security and bodyguards who WANT to tell them what happened. I read somewhere that the investigators have been too busy to interview them. I hope that isn't true.......

oh man! Micheal, deserves JUSTICE he was killed by Dr. Murray. Michael drama reminded me of Annie Nicole Smith all over again.

they did not even search mj's bathroom the day he died , could you even imagine that , they only searched murray's car on 29th of june according to the search warrant . they leaked stories about mj's nose , mj's body , mj's wig...etc . they told the nurse Lee mj was addict when she tried to defend him , they raided murrays offcie in Houston a month after the death , raided his house and office in LV a month and half after the death , raided the pharmacy in LA two months after the death . did not interview two key witnesses like williams and alvarez till their lawyer went public with their claims . they screwed up the whole investigation before it was even began

I think that whoever is above the LAPD should look into how they've messed up this investigation, there seem to be serious mistakes they should be held to account over! It all just makes me want to scream very loud!

This is my hope but from the get go when they were taking the 'drug addict' angle, I said to myself that just like in life there was never any justice for Mj and it seems that will hold true in death!

How the hell do you not talk to key witnesses yet who were at the house?

F*ck! This pisses me off!!!
I better see some justice for Michael! Ugh!

yes, most definitely the Propofol. and most probably the later administered meds via the IV.

I am not talking about what I believe. I am not talking about probable circumstances.
