Well what do you guys think of Em? Many people don't like him and thinks badly of him. But many people think he is lyrically and Musically talented. I personally love him (non-sexually of course!).

I love how he can make rhymes straight from his head, and flow, it almost seems like he can rhyme every verse and word. He's truly lyrically insane. I love his "Mad Man" musical style, and of course his Wacky tracks!

But behind his antics, he is a pretty good guy. Especially a devoted father. He has done some really crude things and many bad decsions, but he is only human.

I also love how he can take what he's feeling and chapters from his life, and turn it into a full fledged song. Examples of that are songs like The Way I Am and Cleaning Out My Closet. He truly is a lyrical genius, and definitely knows how to get an audience. Share your opinions about Eminem, here.
 
Ugh, my boyfriend loves his music....

I hate how he uses controversy and makes fun of others to sell. However, I do believe he's extremely talented.

His voice can be annoying though. :unsure:
 
He says what he says because it sells.. It's that simple..

he would not be where he is today in the rap industry if he rapped about the same thing others have..

He knows as long as ur talking about him.. That's all that matters.

He's very good at what he does.. He can play on words so well, make words that are not supposed to rhyme, rhyme.. He has a great grasp on how to use words, and minipulation of them..

Ya a lot of what he says simply should not be said because of those who hear it.. But he does not care.. It's about the dollar dollar bill yal.

And he gets it because he says what he says..

Been a fan of his for about 10 years n will be forever!
I bet the majority fans will turn against him completely coz of Just Lose It! Which is wrong! Hes a genius! A lyrical genius!
When Im Gone is one of the best songs ever! Infinite is an amazing album! All of his are tbh, apart from the Re-Up which was crap IMO!
Eminem should comeback with at least one album, he cant just go out on Encore because he can do far better than that! He should hook up with MJ i think, will never happen but we can dream!

As a person i dont really like him (he seems frustrated) but he is talented notheless.

A couple of years ago we saw him in concert, it was a great expierience.
 
Wow! He knows how to put words together to make a sentence. My 2 year old can do that too. As for the music itself. Its all drum machines and samples. He couldnt write anything original to save his life. The problem is that kids these days dont know quality music anymore. So to them Emenim is one of the best of todays crap music.

I like his songs Sing For The Moment, Lose yourself, Mosh and Like Toy Soldiers but i hate it when he does stuff like Ass Like That, Just Lose It and The Real Slim Shadey cause to me that's just Eminem pulling ideas out of his ass

He's also brought us all 50 Cent and that's just unforgivable
 
anyone that thinks the way Eminem is able to minipulate words is not a unique and special gift..

and would be little it by comparing it to children talking, really have no clue on what I'm talking about..

that is what he's KNOWN for.. RAPPERS speak highly of him because of it..


P.S.

as a white rapper, he needed to do SOMETHING different to get attention and real recognition.. What is this white kid gonna rap about the same thing as all the other rappers?? NO!!

If he did he would have came and faded like every other white rapper that came out in the past..

It's very HARD for a white guy to get the RESPECT in a RAP industry.
 
Eminem is talented, of course being MJs fan we don't like to say that but Eminem is a great writer, and what he did hurt Michael, cause Michael was probably interested in his work, or even liked him in a sense.

Eminem likes to push buttons, what he did was wrong, but he apologized for it and went on to say Michael was someone he admired and he said it was poking fun at all pop icons, he said in the video it wasn't just Michael, it was Madonna too, but Michael wasnt going through a media circus of public scrutiny at the time. But anyway, its over and done with now.

I guess people love his music cause they can relate, and his word play is amazing. Em' will go down in History for probably being the only white rapper who made it in a genre that is so heavily segregated

BS. The words are the music. Your comment disregards the entire rap genre as an artform, which is dumb. Anyone can technically make a rap song, but anyone can also sing. That doesn't mean that they're any good at it whatsoever. In fact, the majority of people would suck.

What a stupid thing to say! Get ur 2 year old on a label then if she can simply do what Eminem does! Eminem being white and dominating Rap is phenomenal on its own! 75mill+ records AND being white! He has obviously done more than just string a few words together!

could have been even greater had he taken advantage of his hometown's then buzzing new sound and approach to hip-hop. instead opted for the 'norm' of Dre et al. terrible beat selection.

lol @ you not being able to take an opposite opinion. Ive seen hundreds of kids who have the ability to do what MNM does. And you mentioned him being white twice? Why? What does his colour have to do with it and yes I am aware he is white. So he dominates in the world of talking like Dr Seuss minus the topics of drugs, suicide, asses etc.

Mentioned it twice its HUGE! coz Rap has just been black people. Nobody before Eminem had broke the barriers he did! In some way its like MJ being black n breaking down barriers like going on MTV with his music videos coz MTV only played white artists at that time!

Seems, we got a hater. Your 2 year old cousin, cant generate rhymes and hooks like Em can. He writes all of his stuff, and is quality. I can say that Gnarles Barkely has no quality music, simply because I hate his music, but others can easily disagree. What you call "Quality", is all a judgement by a person.

Listen thoroughly to songs like, "When I'm Gone", "Sing for the Moment", and "The Way I Am" to make a judgement. I bet, you never even heard most of his music. He has great talent, more talent then you'll ever have...

You statement is ridiculous due to the fact that you know nothing about me OR what I can or cant do. Where as Ive seen what attempt MNM has made to be a rapper and sure enough he's been successful at it and made alot of money. Doesnt mean he is any good though. Like I said before, there is nothing but crap on the charts and radios these days and the young kids wouldnt know good music if it slapped them in the face. My ex-girlfriend LOVED MNM so Ive heard alot of his stuff. Enough to make my own judgements that its crap and I dont like it. Seems more like people cant handle the fact that I think he is talentless which makes it their problem not mine. My opinion isnt going to change, but Im not trying to change others opinions either. Im not a hater either. I dont hate MNM. I just dislike his attempt at music. And taking cheaps shots at members just because they dont like what you like is very low and shows what type of person you really are!
