Ed McMahon Has Passed Away

Ed McMahon has passed away at 86.

He died at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in California this morning.

McMahon was fighting a multitude of health problems, including cancer. He is best known as Johnny Carson's sidekick on "The Tonight Show" and his infamous catchphrase, "Heeeeeeeeeeere's Johnny!"

McMahon also hosted "Star Search" and "TV Bloopers And Practical Jokes" with Dick Clark. He was a colonel in the United States Marines and a fighter pilot and served during the late 1940s and 1950s. Ed was one of the good guys and a true American hero!

I will aways remember growing up looking at the Tonight Show with Ed and Johnny. Now they are together again... Will miss you Ed.

i used to watch all those shows!! its sad to see him go i used to love ed mcmahon my heart and prayers go out hes in a waaaaaay better place now!!!!

I just hread that Ed Manhon passed way this morning. When I just woke up I think I kown him form Star Search when Birtney, Justin, & Christina was on there when they was small. R.I.P Mr. Ed Mcahon well love you & we miss you. :angel: my paryers go out to the his wife & his famliy.
