I think that the best era ever for dance music has to be the early 90's. IMO we got so many great dance songs during that time like Rhythm Is A Dancer by Snap, Everybody's Free (To Feel Good) by Rozalla and Where Love Lives by Alison Limerick. When it comes to dance music if we could bring back the early 90's style for it i would be very happy

i agree 70s
and 80s for break dancers and michael.

the 90s did bring us great music though, in fact it was a time when all music genres sounded good at the same time rather than one at a time.
pop, rap, r&b, alternative, soft rock, even techno were all great in the early-mid 90s... but dancing i dont remember a famous dance even happening ?.. in fact i can only think of the jumping, hair swinging 'dance' that got huge then. thanks bevis and butthead.

analouge ,remember ,c & c music factory
everybody dance now ....cant forget snap ."i got the power"

forgotten artists like betty boo . mc tunes .rebel mc .soul II soul .adamski .lelia k ..........yeah deffo a good time ,and i belive that it had some of the best of dance music .
