Since he at one point once owned 100% of their catalog to maybe half shared with Sony.


Just saw Blackberry using All You Need Is Love song in their ad. :dont_mention_it:
 
Since he owns at least 50% of the Beatles, it would be an outrage if he didn't receive any royalties!
 
Yes Michael's still estate owns half of SONY ATV cataolog and still profits :)
 
yes.everytime its played on the radio/tv in a public space.someone buys a cd etc

yes he owns some of his own songs from the beatles (because not all Beatles songs are in the ATV/sony cat) and he get's some from the ATV aswell if I remember correctly.
 
he doesnt get anything from the ATV publishing rights. he gets performance rights like any other artists and the rest of the beatles but those rights only last from 50-70 years after the track was written or released
